HI, I'M STEPH

I started my journey serving others as a personalized spiritual mentor in 2010 after the tools of The Modern Mystery School helped reignite a flame of confidence in myself & my life that therapy, coaching, and self-help books could never produce for me. Since then, I've served over 100 clients and taught in front of international audiences with the same tools and teachings that help me thrive.

You’ll also often catch me hiking in a forest, writing, traveling to a new country, enjoying a hot latte, dancing sporadically to a good playlist, enjoying time with my husband and daughter, or finding a way to make people laugh.

I work with two kinds of women:
