I love running, reading, hiking, writing, martial arts, dancing sporadically while cooking dinner, and making people laugh. You’ll often catch me rocking a mock-neck top, and simple gold jewelry.
I started my journey of helping others in 2010 after the tools of The Modern Mystery School helped reignite a flame of passion in my life. Since then, I've served over 100 clients and taught in front of international audiences with the same tools and teachings that help me thrive.
I specialize in assisting women heal & gain self-mastery so they can walk through life confident and in control!
I work out of The Middle Pillar in Newmarket, ON providing 1:1 healing sessions, as well as in-person group trainings.

Yes, having a big house in the suburbs is important, but if you don’t have the love to fill it, what’s the point? When we are internally fulfilled and operating on foundations of love, we can let that flow out to to our external world. All of these qualities are within you, you just need to know how to unlock & activate them.
